The tailored contact receiver is fixed to the guitar body with a dab of beeswax — solid contact, zero residue, no impact on the instrument's finish.
DSP learns your instrument
The onboard processor shapes its response around your guitar's own resonance, so what comes out of the speaker still sounds like your guitar.

Will it change the natural tone of my guitar?
No — that's the point of the onboard DSP. Instead of applying a generic amp voicing, it shapes the signal around your specific instrument's resonance, so the amplified sound reinforces your guitar rather than replacing its character.
Is mounting the receiver safe for my guitar's finish?
Yes. The receiver is fixed with a small amount of beeswax — the same material luthiers have used on instruments for centuries. It holds securely, leaves no residue, and comes off cleanly whenever you want to remove or reposition it.
Do I need to configure the DSP myself?
No manual tuning is required for normal use — the system is voiced around the receiver's placement and your instrument's response out of the box. Fine adjustment options are planned for a future update.
How long does the battery last, and how is it charged?
The amplifier runs on a standard 14.4 V rechargeable pack, charged with the included charger. We'll publish exact runtime figures once independent testing is complete — get in touch if you need numbers for a specific use case now.
Can I use it with instruments other than classical guitar?
Guitar Support is designed and tuned specifically for the classical guitar's body and string response. We're evaluating other acoustic instruments for future versions — let us know what you play.
Does it work with any microphone stand or tripod?
The cabinet mounts on the standard DIN 4503-1 / ISO 1222 thread found on most microphone and camera stands, including our own travel tripod accessory.
What does the warranty cover, and how do I get support?
